This is what I call wild remembering~ the deeper knowing of the interconnectedness of where we live, and how the plants and everything around us can interact with and influence us. It’s the returning of the knowledge that many if not all of our ancestors had, the way of living off the land. It’s the ability to look around and know what I am seeing, or feeling curious about what I don’t know and taking the initiative to deepen my learning. It’s the feeling of connection to the earth I walk upon, the gratitude for understanding the gifts that are always all around me.  

The products I make include foraged or home grown plants ~ and I use them fresh or dry them myself. All other ingredients I use are sourced locally and organic, as I want the medicine I put out into the world to be of high quality and low impact on our earth.
