Hops is a cooling and bitter sedative that may be used to treat insomnia and other sleep disorders, by relaxing the mind and body and aiding deeper rest. It may also reduce anxiety and restlessness. As an antispasmodic hops can relieve spasms and cramps both digestive and muscular.

Ingredients: Fresh homegrown hops flowers humulus lupulus infused in 50% organic cane alcohol with a ratio of 1:16 hops to alcohol.

Contraindications: Hops is not recommended for those experiencing depression or whilst pregnant.
